Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Your order send by cargo in agreed time period after giving order.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

After that the materials for your project will have been obtained and paid for, if you still want a cancellation, we would deduct the expenses from the total sum you've paid and refund you as such. Q: What do I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
A: We will work on fixing any defect from our end right away. You can change or return your order.
If you have received a damaged or defective item please contact with us via our online help center, telephone or email. You will be expected to prove damage with photos and written declaration from the courier company personnel who made the delivery.
